When will I receive my order and how can I track the delivery?
When estimating when your order will arrive, please note our processing time of 1-2 days. During peak periods, the processing period may extend past our goal of 48 hours. As soon as your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation and tracking number.
How will I be charged for shipping?
We currently offer a both a basic shipping rate (3-5 days) and priority shipping (2-3 days). Both rates are dependent on the weight of your order.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we do.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! Please note, however, international shipping fees do not include custom and duty fees. Unfortunately, since our website is unable to calculate these for you at checkout, the customer is responsible for all custom and duty fees incurred after ordering.

Pre-orders
My item says pre-order, what does that mean?
If you purchase a product available for pre-order, the item is not yet in stock, but you’re guaranteed to receive it as soon as it becomes available to ship.
When will my pre-ordered item ship?
For any product that is pre-order, we provide a shipping estimates on the description page. Please note we do our best to accurately estimate a shipping date, but these estimates are subject to change. If you have any questions on your pre-ordered item, please reach out to us at sayhello@social-goods.com.
My pre-ordered item is taking too long, can I cancel my order?
If you purchased a pre-ordered item and it has yet to be shipped, please contact sayhello@social-goods.com to request a cancellation and refund.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Sorry to hear you aren’t happy with your purchase! You’re welcome to return any full price item within 30 days of receiving the package. All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received. Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

All sale items are final and cannot be returned.
Can I exchange my item for a different size or color?
In order to serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. Instead, you'll get the right size or color fastest if you simply place a second order. Once we receive your return, we'll issue the refund and send an email confirmation.
I received the wrong item, a damaged item, or am missing an item, what should I do?
Sorry this happened and we want to resolve the issue quickly. Please email sayhello@social-goods.com and we’ll address this immediately. To expedite the process, please include your order number and a photo of the item you received in your email.
